Every Velonna order ships fully insured, free of charge on orders above ₹999. Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation, and most deliveries complete within 4–6 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by SMS, email, and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.

15-Day No-Questions Returns

If you don't love your purchase, return it within 15 days — no questions asked. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Place a return request from My Orders on our website; pickup is arranged within 3 working days.

Please note: made-to-order gold jewellery, personalised pieces, rakhis, perfumes, candles, coins, and God idols are not eligible for return. Any free gift received must be returned if the remaining order value falls below the qualifying threshold.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after a quality check of the returned items, typically within 5–7 business days of pickup.
