Tapping
the silver
luxury gap
International couture aesthetics. Contemporary materials. Accessible price points. Velonna exists because no one else was doing it properly.
Global Couture.
Indian Craft.
On one side: traditional retail. On the other: high-priced international luxury brands like Bvlgari or Cartier. In the middle, a generation of consumers aged 18 to 38 who want international couture-like designs and globally inspired jewellery — at prices that make sense.
That is where Velonna was built to live.
We work with silver and lab-grown stones — without using cheap materials. The design language is contemporary and luxury-led. We also offer heavy, occasion-wear statement pieces that move between traditional and modern settings.
102 Years
in Retail.
Velonna is backed by Khushaal Shyam Narayan Jewellers, a family business with over a century in the jewellery trade — dealing in gold, kundan, polki, diamond jewellery, and traditional Indian and Jammu designs since 1924.
Velonna was created to tap an entirely new customer base: first nationally, then globally. Built under the Khushaal Shah Amar Nath Jewellers group, it is the contemporary, globally-minded face of that legacy.
Scaling through a metro-first, franchise-led model — the brand is now expanding city by city across India.
There is a large segment of consumers aged 18 to 38 who want two things: international couture-like designs, and jewellery inspired by global brands — both with good materials and accessible price points. That is where Velonna fits in.
Arkit Jain — Founder, Velonna · The Retail Jeweller, March–April 2026
Jain
Arkit Jain built Velonna to serve a customer the Indian jewellery market was ignoring: young, globally aware, and unwilling to choose between quality and price.
Growing up in a family with 102 years of jewellery heritage — Khushaal Shyam Narayan Jewellers, dealing in gold, kundan, polki and diamond since 1924 — Arkit saw the same market gap others had overlooked.
The popularity of duplicate fashion pieces from global houses like Bvlgari or Cartier proved the demand. Velonna was the answer: real materials, contemporary design, global inspiration — built in India.
In its first year, the brand clocked ₹5.5 crore in revenue. The next phase: metro-first, franchise-led expansion across India.
